Note on ordering parts:
Sometimes it's difficult to identify the part needed for a scooter. Chinese scooter parts do not have universal part numbers, UPC or any other unique numbering structure so identifying parts can be a challenge.
Compare your part to the one shown in the picture. If you are unsure, please email our parts department (email@example.com) a picture of your part and of your scooter. In some cases it's best to put a little effort to properly identify the part rather than ordering the wrong one have having to wait extra. We are here to help and will do our best to figure out with you exactly what part you need to order. Chinese scooter parts are not numbered the same it's almost impossible to find a part by part number. We have over a decade of experience with spare parts from China and can identify parts for you.
Note on body parts:
Our body parts will fit your scooter if it looks the same as the one shown on the individual scooter part pages. We can't however match your color. We will do our best to ship you a color as close as the one you ordered but we don't offer painting service and most likely the color we will send you will not be the same as the one on your existing scooter. Unmatched color is not grounds for return of a scooter body part.
Many people who need body parts and want their scooter to look like new end up repainting the whole scooter.
A shipping and handling fee of $10 to $30 applies to all body part orders.
Note on scooter engine parts:
If you need to order a piston, rings or any internal engine part that will require a mechanic to take the engine apart, consider ordering a whole engine and replacing it. This may sound wasteful to some but keep in mind the labor involved and what the costs are. Unless you are doing the work yourself, it may be more economical to change the entire engine rather than little internal parts. Granted the parts are inexpensive but Chinese scooter engines are not that expensive either. It's the labor that makes the difference. Any experienced mechanic can take out a scooter engine and put in a new one in less than 3 hours. Opening an engine to change rings, pistons, valves... will take those 3 hours plus many more hours. A new engine does not cost so much and may turn out to be simpler and more economical than changing nitty gritty engine parts.
A shipping and handling fee of $90 to $130 applies to all engine replacement orders.
Note on getting a scooter or motorcycle repaired at a mechanic:
Some mechanics refuse to work on Chinese motorcycles, scooters, ATV and dirt bikes. The main reason they have is that it's hard for them to get parts. If you have identified the part you need, it's best to show up at the mechanic with the part in hand. As an alternative, you can have your mechanic call us, we will help him/her figure out what part to order.
Note to scooter mechanics:
Don't turn down customers with Chinese scooters because you don't know where to get the parts or not sure how to work on it. We carry many of the replacement parts and sell them wholesale. Chinese scooters are easy to work on, call us for free advice even if you don't buy parts from us... Scooter parts are cheap, it's usually easier and better to replace whole parts, meaning don't try to rebuild a carb, buy a new one. Same goes for engines, replacing a piston will cost as much as changing the whole engine.
