Just sending a note letting all you guys know that my Wife and I had a really great time on our "Chinese Scooter" this summer. We have almost 4000 miles on it now and it never failed to start and run. Rode 2 up for most of the miles. Only major problem we had was the pinched wire in the instrument cluster, which you guys so gracefully replaced under warranty. One thing you guys could have done though was let me know you were actually going to send me an instrument cluster as I had written it off as a no show and the warranty was useless and then about 2 months after the fact it showed up on my doorstep. As I sit here writing this it is 22 degrees with about 4 inches of snow and ice and calling for 2 to 4 more tomorrow. I have been reading a lot of scooter forums and to tell you the truth I'm very glad we bought from you guys. Scooter came in great shape, no problem with the paperwork, a warranty, only pdi amounted to changing fluids and checking bolts and connectors, what more could I have asked for. After looking around and reading blogs all over the web for about 6 months, we ordered our Roketa 250cc Touring model about Aug 11, 2008. We received the scooter on Aug 18, 2008 the same day we received all the paper work for tags and insurance (perfect timing guys). The crate the scooter was in was perfect for shipping there was no damage to the scooter at all. After putting the mirrors, windshield and the boot (that's the trunk) and filling and installing the battery, we checked for loose nuts (none) the fluid levels (perfect) we put the gas in and primed the carb and it started right up and off I went at the recommended speeds. I have called and emailed your staff on several minor questions and 2 problems which Jack and Moises took care of right away. The scooter is running great and so far we are getting about 86 mpg. Today is October 9, 2008 and we have 1600 miles on our new scooter. We are proud of the scooter, price and most of all the service we have received from your company. We have and will inform everyone that ask no matter what scooter they want to go thru evosales. Just recived our 2 Mopeds and had to assemble them which took about 30 min to do both ( I have never did this before and even without any instructions) was VERY simple. I did need to call 2 times for how to start the mopeds which I was walked thru and the 2nd for how much oil was needed. Both times the people at EVO where great. We put on 4 miles the same night. Thanks for all your help. I was very learly at first when ordering these Mopeds (2 of them) and you (EVO) where great and assured me that there would be no problems and assembley would be quick and that I could call if need assistance and I did. Recieved my scooter today.Except for one little spot where the metal
packing crate rubbed the lower side, it was in excellent shape. Within

assembled, registered (in Minnesota) and running and I'm pretty
happy. Everything works as it should and the oveall quality seems very
high, especially considering the price. The only disappointment is the
instructions and user's manual are just about useless... Overall,

Got
the bike running after talking to Moises, just needed some more fuel in
the tank I think, I only had about 1/2, I filled it up and it started
right up after a little cranking on the throttle. The bike is NICE,
definitely exceeded my expectations, and FAST too! Thanks for all your

Have
been VERY happy with both the scoot and the dealer. Would not hesitate
to buy again from them and highly recommend the Road Runner 250. No
other 250 is anywhere close to it, in power and performance. I have
had
it to 80mph a number of times. Would possibly go faster but I didn't
want to push it that hard... By the way, the scoot runs just fine on
regular unleaded fuel. Already have over a thousand miles on mine...

In
the end I was very happy with the product and the great customer
service. Although the bike had a few minor scratches on the front
fender, it's all i expected it to be. It even outperformed the specs
that you gave on the site, 50-60mph i had it going 70mph on the
spedometer and it had more to give. I have a bunch of envious friends
now and im pretty sure they'll be new customers for you guys. You're
awesome, thanks again Evo.
