12 months power train parts only
I have owned this scooter for little over 6 months now and I have to say that this is a great scooter. I wasn't sure before buying it that it was going to be a good product because it's a Chinese brand. But it has everything scooter should have. And it's probably the most affordable scooter out there. The gas consumption is excellent. The scooter is very powerful, in a freeway it can easily reach 85 mph. It has a huge space under the seat, you can comfortably fit 2 helmets and the seats are very comfortable. I have to say that the material of the fairings is not the best but overall the scooter looks good. I would suggest everyone to buy it if you can find it.
I originally purchased this from EVO Sales in Feb. 2010, but received a 2008 model instead for a closeout sale. It has proven to be the worst mistake in buying a new product I've ever made. As of June 2013, for at least the 5th time, it has now not been running for a year. It has only 2190 miles on it, and I have dumped money, parts, time, and sweat into this scooter almost daily. It is a piece of junk that breaks down almost daily. Parts are shipped by Moises, never the right one the first try, and often Cheap Chinese Clone knockoffs that fail in a short period if not out of the box. There is no motorcycle shop within 200 miles of me willing to work on these, nor accept it on consignment to sale. In a years time with extensive advertising, no one is interested in buying this one or any other Chinese scooter used. So far Zero resale value. Even though it still looks like new and low mileage, I will be forced to scrap it or turn it into a yard sculptured art. On another note, even with a Manufacturers Statement of Origin, it does not exist in most databases for DMV registration. I had a devil of a time and very expensive getting it registered and titled in both Georgia and Florida. Both states were close to $300 before getting a tag and title. Any other "Real" motorcycle would have been less than $100 total.
EVO sales sent me the absolute wrong scooter in mid March 2011. I've photographed, crated, and corresponded with Moises. No refund, No pick-up, no nothing. I'm out over $2000.00. Any ideas from anyone? Don
