These results were attained with a scooter that has 1500 miles, that was properly broken in and with correct air pressure in the tires. In order to achieve the gas savings, the scooter needs to be properly broken in. This means riding it less than 15 MPH for the first 100 miles, then not exceeding 20 MPH until 300 miles, and not over 30 MPH until 500 miles. All the oil changes should be made as per maintenance schedule, tires should be inflated at the proper pressure and the weight limit should never be exceeded.
