Assembly notes: Due to the length of the front fork and in order to keep the box reasonably small to allow shipping, this item comes 75% assembled. Assembly takes 15 to 25 minutes for a competent adult. The front wheel, fork and handlebars need to be assembled on this item. If you have no experience assembling scooters, bicycles or motorcycles, we strongly recommend taking this scooter to a bicycle or motorcycle shop for professional assembly. Lawnmower repair shops can also assemble this item. The assembly should cost $15 to $30.
