The engine is race preped and tuned up by a race shop. They also fit a custom hand made exhaust pipe and racing tuned high performance aftermarket parts. Good race scooter for the open category. Most people upgrade their scooter with a good carburetor, a racing air filter and a pipe. These mods may give some bottom and top end. The most speed gained is 3 to 8 MPH. We do not stop at the performance parts, the way we prepare the engine is what makes the difference. This Monster Ninja is 20MPH+ faster than the stock Super Ninja and it will blow the competition away. The only faster scooter in the class we know of is the one we make with the 57cc race engine...
The Monster Ninja is quicker than the stock Super Ninja from the get go, has great pickup and a top speed over 45+MPH!! Not for the faint of heart. For close circuit racing only.
Engine: Original 49cc engine with following mods:
- Port exhaust and intake
- Add boost port
- Install hot plug (better sparkplug)
- Stuff casing
- Lighten fly wheel
- Port head
- Balance crank and rod
- Lighten piston
- Advance timing
Carburetor:
- Modified Walbro racing carburetor with dual settings (high and low)
- KNN like high performance air filter
- Velocity stack
Pipe: Custom design 2 stage expansion chamber chrome pipe. Each pipe is hand made to specifications and custom fitted to each bike. This is the crowing piece and it sounds great… check out the movie.
The result is a scooter that outputs around 6HP with great race characteristics and behavior.
Shipping: The Monster Ninja is shipped on a pallet using an LTL carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Shipping is $220 in the continetal US only. Order two and shipping is free on the second one. Sorry not available in California.
