We gladly accept credit cards by FAX. Simply place the items you want in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. On our Order Form, complete the "Ship to" and "Bill to" sections (make sure they are the same). When it comes to payment, please select 'telephone in credit card details'. We will email you our credit card authorization form for you to fill out and fax back to us.
